Billing

If you are paying via credit card please note you are not charged for your order until it is ready to ship. Your credit card is NOT charged at the time you place an order. When shipped, the charge on your credit card will appear as IMAGE GALLERY. Paypal orders are charged at the time the order is placed. If a part is discontinued and a substitute is not available, your paypal account will be refunded accordingly.

 

International Orders

International shipping: Orders shipped internationally will incur customs fees and taxes at the destination. These fees are your responsibility. We are not capable of estimating customs fees and taxes.

 

International Mail: All international mail ships via the United States Postal Service. Delivery times vary depending on customs and country. Please make sure your mailing address can receive packages larger than letter size. There is no tracking information provided for international packages. Methods of Payment Accepted

Check: Business & Personal Checks. Items are shipped only payment has been received and the checks have cleared with new customers.

Credit Cards: American Express | Mastercard | Visa

Money Orders: Items are shipped as soon as payment arrives. Please include a Printed copy of your invoice or information referencing your order the payment should be applied towards.

Paypal: We can only accept Paypal payments from orders originating from The Foto Geeks website. Please select Paypal as your method of payment when finalizing your order. Paypal orders can only be sent to a confirmed address through Paypal

 Purchase Orders: We will accept Purchase Orders. Please place your order online. Select Check Or Money Order and reference your Purchase Order in the Instructions Area when finalizing your order. Fax A Copy of your Purchase Order to: (866) 648-7656

You can order via our web site, by fax or by phone. Our website features the latest "Shopping Cart" technology that will total your sale as well as displaying, with a simple online form to complete online. 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week, our online store brings our store to your front door.

 

Online Ordering: Placing your order online is the best way to assure accurate billing and shipping information. We are more than happy to take orders over the phone. We do not accept orders via email.

Product Availability

 All in stock products will ship within 1 to 2 business days from the time your order is placed. Some products may become back ordered during the order process. Typically back ordered items will become available in 7 to 10 business days. Please keep in mind that some parts may become discontinued during the back order process. We will do our very best to contact you as soon as possible if this problem arises.

 

Repair Shop Information

You asked for it! We have added a Flat Rate Shipping & Handling Option for customers that may have several smaller items and want to save on Shipping charges.

FREE Shipping & Handling?

FREE Shipping & Handling on Orders over $100.00 (US). Many of the individuals and smaller repair shops have utilized the FREE shipping & handling. It applies to ALL items on the site.

Buying Parts from one source can save $ very quickly, especially if you may ony have 1 or 2 parts from a single manufacturer. Saving both time and money, which can help keep the camera repairable rather than replaceable.

 

Return Policy

No Returns on Parts: There are no returns on part orders. If you were shipped an incorrect item, we will replace that incorrect item.All other orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

Sales Tax

The Foto Geeks are based in Michigan. Michigan has a 6% state sales tax. Items sold within our retail location or shipped within Michigan will include sales taxes in your final total.

Items shipped outside of Michigan are not charged sales tax.

 

Special To Our Tax Exempt Customers---For the fastest service, orders can still be placed on out website. Please note your tax exempt status in the Instruction/ Notes Area when placing your order.

 

Schools and Institutions

The Foto Geeks and Image Gallery both work with schools, 4-H, youth programs, arts groups  and institutions around the world to share the joy of photography.

We will be adding a new area for Student Discounts that many of the Manufacturer offer.

We ship exclusively with the United States Postal Service. All orders within the United States have Delivery Confirmation included.

When shopping and before complete your order, the shipping & handling charges are visible and they can be changed at any time BEFORE your order is finalized.

Domestic: All our packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service. This method allows us to ship to PO boxes and APO addresses. Priority mail takes 2-3 days for delivery once your order has shipped. Express Mail is 1-2 business days depending on location.
